6. Enquiries & Quotations

Submission of an enquiry form or request for quotation does not constitute a binding order or contract. A contract for supply of goods or services is formed only upon written acceptance by Haflinger Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in the form of a confirmed purchase order acknowledgement or signed agreement.

Quotations issued by us are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
